Numerical functions:
100% digital control of all power supply functions and parameters allows for specific configurations, future technical modifications or other needs. Cecil also includes digital frequency synthesis.

Digit-Trac tuning automatically analyzes the resonant frequency in a digital way. It adjusts the output frequency to the acoustic effect (of the sonotrode, of the booster, and of the converter), for each welding cycle and thus avoids manually adjusting the generator.
Protection against acoustic overload with status indicator to locate / anticipate the failure. The power overload limit is based on actual output power levels.
The voltage regulator compensates for variations in the voltage line thus ensuring a constant amplitude.
Temperature drift compensation allows operations without acoustic side effects, and automatically compensates for temperature changes.
The design of the width of the modulation pulse -patented Dukane- produces power more efficiently while preserving the acoustic and electrical components which are more efficient, reliable and durable.
The ramp algorithm for the soft start allows the vibrations of the vibrating assembly to be smoothly brought to an operational amplitude, minimizing the sudden surges of the starting and the abnormal tension which would be exerted on the level of the vibrating assembly and energy production.
The power setting automatically generates a constant amplitude of ultrasound regardless of the power during the cycle. The set amplitude level is maintained at a maximum variation of 1% to ensure the smoothness of the welding process and to reduce welding cycles.

The RS232 serial port is used for software updates in the field, troubleshooting technical issues and advanced hardware tune-ups using the optional i Q Explorer notebook configurator.
The advanced I/O are equipped with 25 output pins and 15 input pins, allowing configuration by the user using the integrated menu.
The retractable rear panel is available for custom configurations of performance solutions for special machine manufacturers.
