Mecasoft specializes in high precision machining by electroerosion in Belgium. For 40 years, many high-tech industry sectors have trusted us in the production of mechanical parts with the most complex profiles.

Our know-how extends to the different variants of micromechanics, such as micro-cutting, micro-drilling and micro-milling. Mecasoft is thus one of the only European specialists capable of mastering the technique of 3D micro-milling by electro-erosion with an accuracy of one thousandth of a millimeter (1 micron).

Thanks to our 20 machines and perfectly mastered cutting techniques, our company has garnered collaborations with many sectors that require mechanical tools of perfect precision. Among them, we find the sectors of aeronautics ( EN 9100 ), aerospace or the medical sector, in particular. Mecasoft is indeed able to respond to the specificities and face the difficulties specific to each of these cutting-edge sectors.
