For all serial milling parts from a stock in bars or sections, we have developed an exceptional machining line: the raw product is transformed into finished parts in a single operation!

Bars, tubes or profiles, in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass or composite, of dimensions that can exceed 6 meters continuously supply the raw material for the mass machining of parts of all shapes and sizes. In the same operation, the part is debited and machined on all its faces (ends included).

It is a much more economical solution than palletized machining centers: simplified implementation, saving machining time, no handling between the rough and the finished product: the workforce is reduced. More than 60 machining lines are in operation day and night, mainly for mechanical subcontracting SMEs, which have found in this process an undeniable competitive advantage.
