Vacuum casting

This process uses a 3D printed master model and silicone molds to produce high-quality, short-run parts up to 2300mm long. The finished dimensions of urethane castings depend on the accuracy of the master model, the geometry of the part and the casting material.
In general, you can count on a tolerance of 0.3% from the nominal dimension. For example, for a dimension of 100 mm, the lower limit is 99.85 mm and the upper limit is 100.15 mm.
