Industrial dust collector ZFREVAP560K4PN Pharaon

The Pharaon low pressure ZFREVAP560PN 4KW dust collector is the most powerful model in the Pharaon range. Equipped with an ultra-powerful three-phase motor, it is capable of capturing fine dust suspended in the work environment. This motor is designed for continuous use , ideal for production lines.

There are three models of the ZFREVAP560PN 4KW, with air inlets of 200mm, 150mm or 120mm. Depending on the model, the air flow varies from 1100 m3/h to 2700 m3/h, with a depression of between 200 and 350 mmH²O. The automatic filter cleaning system works by pneumatic counter-current , actuated by compressed air . This mechanism uses a compressed air tank located behind the filter chamber to unclog the cartridges every 30 seconds (or more if necessary) at a pressure of 6 bars, ensuring effective cleaning of the filter cartridges.

Thanks to this system, the filtration and suction capacity remains constant without requiring manual unclogging , eliminating the need to stop the suction and the motor. The three-phase motor is designed for continuous operation without interruption. The anti-static, category M 1µ filtration cartridges are specially designed to vacuum up fine and harmful dust .
