ENGRENAGES HPC offers a full range of springs: DIN 2095 compression spring (CrNi17.7 stainless steel piano wires), DIN 2097 tension spring (CrNi17.7 stainless steel piano wires), AMS 5688 302 stainless steel torsion spring, extra- stiff (Iso 10243), extension spring or compression by the meter. Compression springs (right-hand winding) and extension springs are recommended for medium static and dynamic loads. The springs by the meter (to be cut to the desired length) are available in steel or stainless steel. The standard right-wound torsion springs are also offered left-wound. Extra-stiff springs are mechanical components without permanent deformation, designed to withstand shocks and endure jolts. They are made of a trapezoidal wire which allows them to achieve maximum deflection while guaranteeing protection against any risk of damage caused by excessive stress. This standardized range is available in several load capacities: green color for a light load, blue color for a medium load, red color for a heavy load and yellow color for an extra-heavy load.
