HPC - Steel or stainless steel sheet bearings

The range of sheet metal bearings marketed by Engrenages HPC are complete ready-to-mount assemblies made up of self-aligning bearings in the form of a flange or a pillow block. These bearings compensate for misalignment of the shaft. They consist of self-aligning bearings, ie radial contact ball bearings with wide inner rings and fitted with a seal. Flanged bearings have 2 or 3 fixing holes, pillow block bearings have a flange with 2 fixing holes. The range of steel sheet housings has been supplemented by stainless steel models. The latter have the same technical characteristics as the steel models but are naturally protected against corrosion since the bearing and the cage of the bearings are entirely made of stainless steel: these bearings are therefore particularly suitable for industries where corrosion criteria must be respected. . They are therefore ideal for use in aggressive environments.
