EASYBOX CASE FORMER

Autonomous, ergonomic and scalable, the EASYBOX case erector comes with a maximum speed of 18 cpm, a capacity of 1500 mm in length and a loading height of 1000 mm.

The EASYBOX former is designed for packaging a variety of products: cheese makers, pastries, pastries, cured meats, groceries, pharmacies, drugstores, dairy products, fruits and vegetables, seafood, jams, cosmetics, logistics, etc.

This box former is available in 3 sizes: Small with a maximum cutout of 750x750 mm, Medium with a maximum cutout of 1000x1000 mm and Large with a maximum cutout of 1250x1000 mm.

The EASYBOX case erector is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen control panel with various functions: machine control, format change, glue dispensing control and adjustment, etc.

The EASYBOX is distinguished by its simplicity and speed of changing formats, its ability to expand any box architecture and its integration of different options: lifting exit belt with restraint, directional wheels with brakes, 25 kg, 1500 mm long autonomy magazine, 3-colour light beacon, flashing glass, StackBox stacker for empty boxes for simple boxes or StackBox for boxes with lids, etc.
