We are excited to unveil our latest advancement in manufacturing technology:

The automatic press and welding machine for transmission shafts.

This state-of-the-art machine represents a significant advancement in efficiency and precision.

Our machine has been meticulously developed and is currently in production at our customers' sites. The feedback we have received has been overwhelmingly positive, with customers saying they are very happy with the performance and reliability of the equipment.

Each welding torch is mounted on a special 6-axis ABB robot.

The system automatically searches for the position of the grooves to be welded.

After automatic assembly and welding, the straightness and angle of parts are measured, recorded and qualified 100%. There is no compromise on quality!
