At Tolexpo, LVD is putting the spotlight on bending technology and software advances to reduce “design to finished part” time and manufacturing unit cost. Featured: Dyna-Press 40/15 Pro press brake with Easy-Form® Laser and CADMAN® software suite.

The Dyna-Press 40/15 Pro electric press brake is designed to efficiently bend parts at a high bending speed of 25mm/s, producing more parts per hour at a lower unit cost. The electric ram provides a smooth transition from approach to working speed and minimizes power consumption.

The 40 ton press brake features a working length of 1530mm and a five-axis precision backgauge to support a wide range of bending applications. Equipped with LVD's exclusive Easy-Form® Laser adaptive bending system, the machine guarantees repeatable bending accuracy.

Easy-Form guarantees accuracy from the first fold. Throughout the bending sequence, Easy-Form transmits real-time data to the CNC control, which processes the information and immediately adjusts the punch position to achieve the correct angle, automatically compensating for material variations such as sheet thickness, work hardening and rolling direction. The bending process is not interrupted and there is no loss of production time.

The latest CADMAN® software suite includes a number of enhancements for CADMAN-JOB (production control), CADMAN-SDI (intelligent drawing importer), CADMAN-P (punching) and CADMAN-L (laser cutting) – all designed to improve the flow of the process.
