42 – A leather goods company sets up operations in Roanne and plans to create 900 jobs

A French luxury leather goods company will set up in 2023 on three sites, including two in the agglomeration of Roanne (Loire).

While the location of the third site remains unknown, the first two will be at Coteau, where production will start in 2023, and at Mably in 2025.

All three factories will belong to a single entity called "La Manufacture Roannaise de Maroquinerie".

This leather goods will work for several French luxury brands but they will remain anonymous with a confidentiality clause. At the end of the day, nearly 900 jobs.
