Sigmaphi, a specialist in electromagnets for particle accelerators, is investing 11 million euros in a new factory in Saint-Avé (56), due for delivery in 2026. Led by Sébastien Longelin, CEO since 2022, this expansion aims to support growth and diversify the business, particularly towards ion implantation for semiconductors and nuclear fusion. The objective is to increase turnover from 20 to 30 million euros. The 7,000 m² project is managed by SemBreizh with the support of BreizhImmo. Sigmaphi, 90% of whose activity is international, achieved a turnover of 21 million euros in 2024 and employs 150 people, including around twenty in China.
