Eurenco: a new powder factory for French sovereignty

Ministers Sébastien Lecornu (Armed Forces) and Éric Lombard (Economy) have just inaugurated the new Eurenco plant in Bergerac. Built in one year for €60 million, it covers 15 hectares with 15 new buildings. Its objective: to produce 1,200 tons of powder by 2026 and 1,800 tons thereafter, thanks to continuous operation. Currently, 80 employees operate it, but Eurenco plans to recruit 250 people and invest a total of €150 million to strengthen its Bergerac site. This plant, a symbol of reindustrialization, is intended to reduce France's dependence on Sweden. The group is investing a total of €600 million to expand its sites in Europe.
