Boehli increases mini-pretzel production and storage capacity

Faced with the post-Covid resurgence in aperitif consumption, Boehli, a manufacturer of mini-pretzels and aperitif biscuits, is strengthening its industrial capacity in Gundershoffen (Bas-Rhin). The SME has invested €6.7 million in a seventh production line dedicated to mini-pretzels and an automated warehouse, to support continuous growth since 2000. Number two in pretzels in France behind Ancel, Boehli forecasts a 5% increase in its volumes in 2025. With products considered accessible and healthier, the company is responding to a booming demand driven by the unshakeable ritual of the French aperitif.
