Maison Monterrat opens a new factory and recruits in Feillens

Maison Monterrat, a specialist in fresh delicatessen products, is continuing its expansion with the opening of a new industrial site in Feillens (Ain) scheduled for the summer. Integrated into the Valentin Traiteur group since 2022, the company is launching a recruitment campaign in partnership with Adéquat Intérim, aiming to fill around forty positions (line operators, technicians, multi-skilled workers). Temporary contracts may evolve into permanent contracts. This new, more modern and efficient production unit allows Monterrat to increase its capacity in the face of growing demand, while strengthening its local roots. This project illustrates the Valentin group's industrial strategy: pooling regional resources to remain agile, competitive, and innovative in a highly competitive agri-food market.
