“Les Desserts de Jo” inaugurates a new teurgoule factory in Calvados

The company "Les Desserts de Jo" has just inaugurated its new factory in Barbery, near Caen, relocated from Falaise to be closer to the 250 dairy cows of La Ferme de la Vieille Abbaye. This new site now combines two activities: dairy production and teurgoule, a Norman rice pudding available in seven flavors. The €2 million investment, supported by the Normandy Region, allows 30 employees to work on site. For Guillaume Marie, a passionate manager, it is a source of pride to promote this local expertise, already well established in the Grand Ouest region, and soon beyond.
