What to expect from these new laser solutions?
These new machines feature fiber laser technology and are equipped with a power of 20 or 30W. This technology allows for permanent engravings to be made easily on all metals and most plastics. This contactless marking technology offers numerous advantages, including the ability to create all types of markings in a highly aesthetic manner.

XS Inline integrable laser marking machine, the smallest laser head in the world!

Discover XS Inline and improve your productivity!
Unsurprisingly, XS Inline stands out with its ultra-compact design! Its small dimensions (255 x 75 x 121 mm) are a real asset for integration even in the most confined environments.

Its head has several mounting faces (3 sides) as well as a plate allowing precise mechanical adjustment of the height to facilitate positioning on all types of production lines. Its remote PC software has advanced features and also has the Read & Verify function which automatically reads and validates 1D and 2D codes using a reader fixed to the head.

Its controller is equipped with numerous ports, enabling it to communicate with Profinet and Ethernet IP field networks. Inputs/outputs can also be configured to enable real-time information exchange and interfacing with PLCs. The controller also has a memory that allows standalone operation, without the need for a PC.

GX Small, the new ultra-compact laser engraving station!
GX Small presents a completely redesigned user experience thanks to its compactness, its door allowing front and side access as well as its removable control remote control.

Like the XS Inline, the GX Small laser marking station has comprehensive software that allows you to create, configure and launch markings quickly and easily. All types of markings can be carried out (1D and 2D codes, shapes, logos, texts), and adding a reader also allows you to benefit from the Read & Verify function to enjoy real-time code rereading. Finally, it is possible to improve productivity by using several types of databases (CSV or SQL). This station also has advanced connectivity thanks to Profinet and Ethernet IP field networks. On the mechanical side, it has a motorized Z axis whose movement speed can be adjusted using the remote control.
