On its stand, MAZAK will present the latest generation of INTEGREX, the range of multitasking machines that combines turning and milling, which was at the origin of the success of the orange brand.

In this range, the INTEGREX i-250H ST will be presented, a model with improved mechanical performance and an elaborate machine architecture to facilitate the integration of automation. Designed for high speeds and high precision, its compact high-speed 20,000 rpm spindle (optional) improves efficiency and torque, enabling high-speed machining. Not only are production times reduced, but it can also meet requirements such as machining long parts with large diameters or machining difficult-to-cut materials.

Another machine not to be missed is the CV5-500 , specially developed to meet market needs for a 5-axis machine with lateral automation, at a very attractive price. Its design of great rigidity and its rotary table moving in Y under a gantry, make it possible to have an extremely compact machine with great precision. This machine will be presented with a brand new automation solution, the TOWER . Equipped with a robot, it not only allows the loading and unloading of pallets and workpieces, but it also takes care of changing the required tools and clamping devices automatically.

And finally the last machine presented will be the very last born of the turning centers, the QTE-200 SG with its brand new CN SmoothEZ with touch screen (EZ like EazY). This very compact 2-axis machine is ideal for processing a wide variety of workpieces and thanks to its integral motor spindle, high precision is maintained even at high speeds.
