McDonald’s English muffins to be produced in Aix-en-Provence

With an investment of 10 million euros, the French subsidiary of the Mexican industrial bakery group Grupo Bimbo is opening a new production line in Aix-en-Provence. The goal? Release up to 100 million loaves each year for McDonald's and other customers such as Buffalo Grill, Charal or Carrefour hypermarkets. This recipe, which was previously made in Great Britain and Germany, will now also be made in France. 30 new positions will be created by 2023.
