Technicoflor doubles its production capacity with its new factory

The 4.0 factory of the manufacturer of perfumed compositions has just been inaugurated this Friday in Allauch in the Bouches du Rhone. This new 5,000 m² unit required an investment of €14 million and will have an annual capacity of 2,000 tons of perfumed compositions (compared to 800 currently). This will be fully automated, thanks to the three "Roxane" machines, manufactured by a Montpellier company, whose robots identify the raw materials to be used using a QR code, weigh them and assemble them. Half of the thousand materials used can thus be processed automatically. This 40 m long mastodon, adjoining a brand new packaging space, will be operated by around twenty people.
