Gimbert Surgelés relocates a China-based production unit to Gers
The Gers SME Gimbert Surgelés is relocating. It decides to move, from the first half of 2022, its Chinese production unit near its head office in Fleurance in the Gers. With automated lines, the company will need manpower to supply these lines and to carry out industrial maintenance. The company, which has 65 jobs, wants to create about twenty jobs based in Fleurance after the deployment of this production unit: production workers, maintenance technicians and then laboratory workers. An investment that requires an envelope of around 7 million euros supported by the France Relance plan to the tune of 1.385 million euros.
