57 - Circa receives 8.2 million Euros to create its factory and 50 jobs

With the France Relance grant of 8.2 million euros, and 12 million from Europe, the Norwegian group Circa wants to quickly bring its ReSolute plant out of the ground. The unit will be located on the Carling-Saint-Avold platform in Moselle and will produce green and sustainable solvents on an industrial scale using local forest biomass waste to replace harmful ones, traditionally made from petrochemical waste. The Circa project, whose overall investment culminates at 50 million euros, will make it possible to market 1,000 tonnes of CyreneTM solvent. The plant should be operational in 2023 and generate around fifty jobs.
