A project for a new logistics base could generate up to 500 jobs in Loire-Atlantique

The estuaries business park located in the town of Derval could accommodate a logistics complex that generates many jobs by 2024, the figure is put forward at 500. The cost of building this complex with an area of 70,000 square meters, an unprecedented scale in the area, is valued at 40 million euros. Construction works contracts will be “primarily local”. About 130 workers should be mobilized over a period of at least 15 months.
