A third factory for Vandemoortele

The Belgian group Vandemoortele, specialist in the manufacture of pastries, will develop its industrial facilities located in Torcé near Vitré (Ille-et-Vilaine). Indeed, the group announces an investment of 25 million euros with the aim of creating a third production site. It will complete the two other existing ones and should require the recruitment of around fifty employees. This new factory of nearly 6,000 m² will house a brand new production line entirely dedicated to pastries and will enable the group to increase its production capacity by 25,000 tonnes per year.
