85 - Maitre Coq recruits nearly 200 people in Vendée

The famous poultry farmer who has made 500 hires over the past three years intends to accelerate this pace. After having recruited a hundred new employees since January, it intends to welcome more than 200 other employees on permanent contracts during the second half of the year at its five Vendée sites. The objective is to relaunch the hiring mechanism after a slowdown due to the episode of avian influenza and numerous retirements. Added to this are major investment projects in industrial facilities by 2024 and an increase in production. The company is recruiting operators, line conductors, maintenance technicians… and will also be required to target trades and marketing”.
