Ethiquable prepares its new sustainable chocolate factory

Ethiquable, Scop gersoise, specialized in fair trade, will launch the production of its first chocolate factory in Fleurance next June. A sustainable building whose design was partly financed by the Banque des Territoires. The chocolate factory of 5500 square meters has something to make lovers of the delicious cocoa-based food salivate. The factory's production capacity is 1,300 tons of chocolate per year, or 25 million bars which will be sold in 10,000 points of sale in France. 180 tablets will be produced per minute in the Gers factory from June.
