The Renault Sandouville factory in the industrial zone of Le Havre (Seine-Maritime) announces a new wave of hiring. By July, the first private employer in the sector will recruit 105 employees on permanent contracts and 50 fixed-term contracts. For Philippe Sourget, Director of the Renault Group plant in Sandouville, "This is excellent news for our plant and the employment area in the region. These 360 recruitments made in less than two years allow us to strengthen and develop the skills of the site over the long term. They reflect Renault Group's confidence in the commitment of all the teams at the Sandouville plant and in our ability to be competitive. It is also an opportunity for us to strengthen our policy in terms of of diversity. We will recruit more than 30% of women among our new employees" .
