Atlantic creates a new heat pump factory for 150 million

The Atlantic group, the French number one in heat pumps (PAC), wants to give itself the means to manufacture 180,000 additional annual units in France by 2028 (150,000 PACs were produced in 2022) with the ambition that the PAC increases from 30% to 50% of its turnover in 2030. With this in mind, the group has confirmed its intention to invest 150 million euros for the establishment of a new heat pump manufacturing site on the territory of Grand Chalon (Saône-et-Loire). A 35,000 m² site, located on a 19 hectare site in the Saôneor industrial zone. Work will start in 2024 for delivery in 2025 and potential expansion in 2027.
