Wormsensing launches into the industrialization of ultrasensitive sensors

The Grenoble start-up, a pioneer in the design of innovative vibration sensors, has reached a milestone in its development, inaugurating its first production line in Grenoble on January 26. A real breakthrough in improving industrial predictive maintenance thanks to these piezoelectric sensors combining ease of use, high sensitivity and integrability. Three months of work were necessary to arrange the different work spaces. The start-up also invested in cutting-edge equipment which was gradually installed between April and October 2023. Its fundraising of 7.2 million euros carried out in 2022 made it possible to finance these investments as well as the recruitment of 11 collaborators. The team now has 18.
