STEEL double-head with CN 3 axes - DT FERRO 370

3-axis CN STEEL double-head for making straight and angled cuts at 45° ( right and left ) and intermediate angles.

For cutting lengths min. 520 mm, max. 4000 mm.

Designed for the use of HSS saw blades Ø 370 mm.

Each head is equipped with:

• 400 V TRI motor, power 3.0 kW, blade rotation speed 50 to 150 rpm.
• Pivoting of the motorized head ( controlled by digital control and Brushless motor ).
• Vertical descent of the blade on slides.
• 2 automatic hydraulic horizontal vices ( opening/closing management by CN ).
• Pneumatically retractable front protection cover.
• Blade cleaning by integrated brush.
• Special lubricating device for saw blades. This system ideally combines micro-spray and cooling by spraying oil frontally on the teeth and an oil/water emulsion on the sides of the blades. This results in a high quality of cut and a long service life of the blades .

This machine is equipped with:

• Movement of the mobile head ( on the right ) by Brushless motor for positioning of the X axis.
• Movement of the mobile head on 2 roller slides.
• Mobile roller track of 2500 mm.
• Material support at the left end of the 1000 mm fixed head.
• The management of the machine is done by an industrial PC located on a mobile console to facilitate reading, data entry, and is thus not subject to the machine.

Industrial computer equipped with:

• 22" color screen.
• USB and RJ45 sockets.
• Network card.

Program allowing to:

• Memorize manage unique cuts.
• Memorize the codes of the profiles and their values.
• Store cutting lists already calculated and imported by USB key or by network link.
• Manage frame typologies, step cuts, minimum cuts and overlengths.

Cutting capacities:

• 90° cut: 140 x 105 mm.
• 45° cut: 120 x 105 mm.
