Heliup launches its first production line for lightweight solar panels

Created 18 months ago, the start-up is changing scale. Indeed, Heliup, from the CEA of Grenoble, is finalizing the construction of its first production line for lightweight solar panels in Cheylas (Isère) for a value of five million euros. 25 employees currently work in the company but eventually, it should have around a hundred. 500,000 square meters of modules will then be manufactured, generating 100 megawatts, or ten times more than the company's pilot line located at its headquarters in Bourget-du-Lac (Savoie).
