FCO560 Pressure Calibrator
Widely used in manufacturing as well as academic and research institutions worldwide, the FCO560 is a multi-function, low differential pressure instrument with two operating modes. Calibration mode meets calibration requirements for low differential pressure transmitters, sensors, pressure switches, and flow devices. Measurement mode provides a versatile, precision micromanometer that can be combined with laminar flow elements or pitot tubes to measure velocity, volumetric flow, and mass flow. The FCO560’s multiple sensor configurations make it quick and easy to use different external references. When combined with laminar flow elements, the FCO560 can be used as a flow standard covering flow rates from less than 1 mL/min to over 30,000 L/min. An external pressure sensor can also be used as a reference to calibrate pressures well beyond the FCO560’s differential pressure range. The FCO560 is a versatile and highly accurate flow and pressure measuring device, with an accuracy of better than 0.1% of reading at pressures up to 1 Pa. The instrument is widely used in a variety of applications, such as fan manufacturing and wind tunnel operation, and is capable of automatically compensating for local temperature and pressure variations.
