La Boulangère & Co is recruiting 40 employees in Beaune for a new production line

The La Boulangère & Co factory in Beaune, specializing in the production of breads and pastries, is launching a new production line in November 2024. To support this expansion, the company is recruiting 40 permanent employees for production positions (operators, line managers, maintenance technicians). Founded in Vendée and with family know-how, La Boulangère has established itself as a key player in the agri-food sector, with seven sites in France, including the one in Beaune which has 300 employees. The company, involved in French agricultural sectors and organic production, distributes its products in 25 countries. This expansion project aims to improve production capacity and organizational efficiency. The new employees will receive training before the opening of the line and additional teams will be put in place in early 2025 to meet growing demand.
