COMBI SHEAR/PRESS in 2 versions: 2M and 3M

2 possible versions:

Model 3006/3100 Tons = Bending capacity 3340mm in 5mm (100 Tons) and shearing capacity 3020mm in 6mm (steel value)

A single frame and a single digital control for TWO FUNCTIONS

This combination is perfectly suited to small workshops (which is often the trigger for purchasing this machine).

Another triggering criterion: the discontinuous or not very intensive use of one or the other of the 2 functions, leading those responsible to favor the 2 in 1.

It folds in the upper part and cuts in the lower part with a central mobile that does one or the other (depending on the function chosen).

This guillotine folder works with a 2-AXIS GRAPHIC Digital Control and additional options are offered (thin sheet metal support and angle protractor for the shear function, front support and tool holder for the press function)

2 separate rear stops, each with a travel of 750mm

A set of shear blades and a set of press tools supplied as standard with the machine

Apart from its special frame, all the mechanical, hydraulic or electrical elements are components used for many years on standard machines such as Shears or Press Brakes.

The Dual-Function machine will allow workshops to have both a folder and a shear combined together, in configurations that were previously unimaginable and impossible.
