Machining

We are equipped with a high-precision digital milling machine for machining all types of materials: wood, plastics and composites, non-ferrous metals and foam. It consists of a large format vacuum table: 3000x2000mm allowing us to machine all plate sizes on the market. Its automatic 6-tool magazine improves machining times.
We use specific engraving cutters to produce high precision engravings with a high finish.
Commonly machined materials: MDF, Plywood, raw wood, chipboard, OSB, Melamine, laminate, aluminum, alu-composite, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PVC, PMMA, machinable foam, etc.
We particularly master all the transformations of composite aluminum to produce parts such as letters and cut shapes, casings, furniture, etc.
