MECWASH SINGLE-CHAMBER DEGREASER EQUIPMENT

MECWASH MACHINES work with detergent-based products and are equipped with a single OR MULTIPLE basket wash chamber. The washing basket/parts holder has the option of rotation, oscillation, static inside the washing chamber to be CHOSEN BY PROGRAMMING. In order to optimize the treatment of the parts to be degreased, a washing and rinsing bath is at least necessary. The washing and rinsing baths are independent and allow the optimization of cleaning in order to guarantee good washing results. The degreasing qualities on the parts are obtained by the rotation or the tilting of the basket, combined and reinforced by the effect of a circulation of the liquid and that of an ultrasonic device and possibly supplemented by a sprinkling. Drying can be done by hot air or vacuum. Aqueous solution systems with detergent are suitable for washing metallic components (brass, steel, aluminium, zamak, copper, etc.) of different shapes and sizes, contaminated with whole and emulsified oils, polishing pastes, molding sands or chips. For all components to be treated (raw material, semi-finished product or finished product), the washing equipment offers the most appropriate cycle: from simple degreasing to the most careful washing, cleaning and elimination of contaminated substances on surfaces planes to the elimination of residues in cavities or blind holes, thus guaranteeing in all circumstances the level of cleaning and the necessary drying time. It is also possible to make additional baths using passivating additives. Detergent cleaning equipment can be a way in some cases to replace solvent machines. The machines work in spraying or in spraying and immersion (optional, depending on the program chosen).
