This machine makes it possible to optimize production and reduce material losses, while relocating the assembler to a position with higher added value.

An automated workstation with templates, at the end of which a cobot is installed on a table. The collaborative robot integrates easily into its environment and does not require any major development in the workshop.

The fitter places the profiles four by four on the templates. When the installer starts the cycle with a simple press of a button, a cylinder is activated to lock the profiles in position and the cobot applies the glue with a precise pattern, programmed in advance.

The gluing machine has a considerable advantage: there is no need to replace the usual glue cartridges and it adapts perfectly.

One option even allows the cobot to be equipped with a sensor which will alert the fitters when a cartridge change is necessary.
