Standard rudders

SAPELEM offers you a range of 3 standard lifters . (possibility of requesting a custom-made rudder).

SPIDEM:

This lifter offers many advantages :

Balance and stability:

- CVS under the structure = very low center of gravity

- high hanging ring

- identical position of the suction cups on each side

Ergonomics:

- synchronized adjustment of the 2x2 arms connected by cable = 1 single movement adjusts 2 suction cups = speed and efficiency = productivity.

- operating handlebars with integrated controls

Versatility: the only lifting beam capable of taking:

- a maximum format of 4000x2000m maximum

- a mini format 820x820mm.

- a strip of sheet metal with a minimum width of 190mm (alignment of the suction cups).

Compact:

- the only spreader bar (with the telescopic ones) registered in the mini format = no arms or beams which protrude from the sheet metal in mini setting (unlike the H-shaped spreader bars).

- very practical for bringing half a sheet metal (for example) onto a shear flush with the blade, with an H-shaped spreader you have to place it at the edge of the table, then push the sheet metal by hand (very sharp stainless steel)

Light :

- 80kg (electric) compared to 150kg for an H-shaped rudder = less inertia

- less effort when moving under rail.

- avoids a larger hoist/jib or allows more load to be carried under a small hoist/jib

Safe and reliable:  

- the vacuum pipes are hidden in the structural tubes = no risk of leakage by cutting.

- complete secure vacuum center

- compliance: European Standard PrEN 13-155; FEM 1001: 98; “Machines” Directive 98/37/EC, Labor Code L233-5-1 and R233-11-1

Original design:

- patented synchronized adjustable arm system

- aesthetic = modern and innovative look. It works very well in a workshop with a new machine, for example, for a subcontractor who shows his clients his workshop.

It might sound cheesy, but I actually sold some with it.

The MODULEM:

Flexibility and modularity:

• Available in several versions with 2 to 6 suction cups in line.
• The suction cups are adjustable to adapt to different load dimensions.
