Automatic labeling in real time - CAB Hermès +

The Hermès+ has been specially designed to meet the printing and application needs on production lines. Featuring different applicator models, this solution provides the flexibility to apply labels by unrolling, blowing or stamping onto a variety of products and packaging.

Hermès+ systems represent a sustainable investment, their modular design allows individual adaptations in the event of changes in requirements, products to be labeled or label sizes.
 
Main applications:

• Labeling of transport and storage containers to ensure product traceability.
• Labeling pharmaceutical products, including test tube racks, even in the tightest spaces.
• Labeling of boxes and other product packaging while stationary or in motion.

Applicator 5416: Automatic labeling of moving packaging

• Allows labeling on all sides of a flat, cylindrical surface or on an edge of the product.
• Works with a conveyor unwinding system, positioned in front of the pre-peel edge, is transported by a belt then applied to the packaging using an external signal.

6014 applicator: Rapid labeling by blowing while moving or stationary

• The labels are sucked in by a fan and blown out by a powerful jet of air using an alignment of nozzles.
• The distance between the product and the pre-peel edge can reach up to 200mm.

Applicator 3014 / 3016: Application in real time on moving packaging.

• The labels are placed on the front or back side, with the possibility of labeling from the top or the side.
• Uses a rotating cylinder to place the label on the product, with detection of the packaging by a cell controlling the return of the sole and the arm to their initial position after applying the label.
