Welded mesh
Description
Welded mesh is mainly used in applications such as protection, separation, reinforcement and maintenance or as a complement to a filter media. Each wire crossing is electrically welded. The mesh can be sold in rolls, panels or processed products (filter, basket, cylinder, etc.) of any size.
ISO 14315 defines the average manufacturing tolerance (Ys) on the mesh opening. It varies from 3.5 to 5% depending on the opening range.
Technical details
Welded mesh is available in:
- Stainless steel Aisi 304, 304 L 316, 316 L,
- Galvanized steel,
- Steel recruit.
The side finish of the welded mesh can be with or without ends.
