HPC - Stainless steel geared motors and reducers

In order to meet the requirements in terms of hygiene and cleanliness of the food industry, ENGRENAGES HPC has completed its range of gearboxes with stainless steel gearboxes and motors. Reducers exist with wheels and worm screws and are now available in a hypoid version.

Thanks to their technical characteristics and their particular design, these components represent an optimal solution for use in aggressive environments in the pharmaceutical, medical or food-processing sectors. The shape of their case, whose rounded and polished surfaces are designed without roughness, avoids the retention of material. The tightness of the motor (IP66) and of the gearbox make them particularly suitable wherever frequent washing operations are required. Likewise, these all-stainless steel models offer optimal performance even in the presence of corrosive agents or when exposed to environments with permanent humidity.

Worm wheel gearboxes (ratio 7.5:1 to 100:1) offer torque up to 152Nm and hypoid gearboxes (ratio 7.5:1 to 300:1) torque up to 500Nm These 2 versions can be completed with reaction arms, feet, and protective cover also in stainless steel. The AC asynchronous motors from 0.18kW to 1.5kW have a hermetic electrical box with IP66 protection and ISO class F insulation.
