Photometers-Chromameters CS-150 and CS-160
Portable photometers-chromameters for the determination of luminance and color The CS-150 and CS-160 are portable, light and autonomous colorimeters for the measurement of color and luminance. A worthy successor to the CS-100A, these new instruments offer improved functionality and ease of use. This new generation of instruments offers an extended photometric range and color sensors that follow CIE 1931 sensitivity curves even more faithfully. To provide a very precise measurement of luminance, the relative spectral response of the measuring instrument must perfectly match the sensitivity of the human eye for photopic vision, represented by the CIE V(?) luminous efficacy curve. Along with improved usability, the CS-150 and CS-160 offer operators a significantly improved measurement range: from 0.01 cd/m² to 999,900 cd/m² (CS-150) and 0.1 cd/m² to 9,999,000 cd/m² (CS-160). The CS-150 and CS-160 have the same user-friendliness as the renowned CS-100A: Reflex sight (SLR) and pistol grip for precise targeting of the area to be measured, even at close range. The measured luminance is displayed on the internal display, with full results displayed on the large external monochrome display. The optical system is designed to eliminate stray beams, eliminating the influence of light that is outside the measurement area. Areas of 0.4mm diameters can be measured with the CS-160 equipped with additional caps (see the table of optional accessories for more information - Automotive - Aeronautics - Aerospace - Screen / Display - Lighting
