HPC - Industrial brushes

ENGRENAGES HPC offers a wide range of industrial brushes in its catalog. These are available in different shapes and materials to meet the needs of companies in all sectors of activity. Many brush models are available: modular cylindrical brushes, sealing brushes and antistatic brushes. The modular cylindrical brushes are very easy to use and allow a large number of applications such as washing, conveying, dusting or transport. The length of each brush is 100mm. To get a long roller, just stack the brushes on an axis. The teeth located on the bodies of the brushes fit together allowing quick and efficient positioning. A trainer is placed at each end in order to block the brushes in translation and to drive them in rotation. With PBT polyester yarn, horsehair or tampico yarn, these brushes are available in several yarn densities: low, medium or high. Sealing brushes are available by the meter, in rods (rigid support) or in ring form. The brushes by the meter benefit from a flexibility of implementation and poses. They follow almost any shape of edge and can be easily cut to the right length. They are perfect for cable entry or product guidance applications. Rod brushes are ideal for sealing the bottoms of doors, gates or rolling shutters. Recently added to the catalogue, the ring brushes for sealing and cleaning by shaft sweeping are ready to fit. They are intended to seal or protect trees or openings. Antistatic brushes allow the manufacture of plastic films and fabrics in complete safety. They offer reliable protection, as they prevent the appearance of high voltages or provide effective assistance by causing targeted and controlled discharges. They are available in 2 versions: in braided special steel wires or in carbon wires.
