DUO HAMMER CARBON HANDLE

2 in 1 hammer, with a nylon tip on the purlin side. Patented design: the only hammer with a mallet tip. Very different from a mallet with a metal tip, it has the weight and power of a riveter. A real hammer in its own right, with the safety and non-removable qualities that make Mob's reputation.

The side faces also allow for additional strikes.

Interchangeable mallet tip. Material: TPU: thermoplastic polyurethane. Hardness 80D Shore.

Head made of high carbon steel C45E. Forged head, with induction heat treatment of the working surfaces (54 HRC). Finely polished working parts. Epoxy powder coating by electrostatic process, followed by oven baking. Chamfered head, slightly domed.

Fitting carried out by a hydraulic machine, a force sensor measures the fitting power on each product individually, then a pressure sensor controls the placement of the resin. The tear-off performance is much higher than the standards and is the trademark of MOB outillage.

Carbon composite handle in four materials, with an unbreakable fiberglass core and 2 carbon fiber bars, anti-vibration polypropylene and an elastomer overinjection for grip. A dry and precise strike.
