Cable manipulator for cheese wheels
Description
Column manipulator model ACER 80 , equipped with a suction cup tool designed for handling matured cheese wheels .
Vertical movement is provided by a cylinder with pulleys and cables, and a system of management valves helps maintain load balance.
The suction cup tool allows for quick handling of cheese wheels .
The work cycle involves the operator taking the wheels from the conveyor and placing them on pallets up to 5 layers high. The controls, located on the handles at two heights different , guarantee optimal ergonomics for the operator .
The column and tool are made of stainless steel .
The manipulator has a maximum load capacity of 50 kg and an operating radius of 3100 mm.
