Aérométrologie
Calibration of anemometers
The anemometry laboratory was created in Les Ulis and accredited in 1994 during its first year of existence.
Since August 2016, Aérométrologie has had two COFRAC accredited laboratories, each equipped with at least one wind tunnel, Aérométrologie thus covering from 0.04 to 50 ms-1 for all types of anemometers .
Since October 2023, a third low-speed wind tunnel has been accredited in Pernes-Les-Fontaines, dedicated to hot-wire anemometers ranging from 0.05 ms -1 to 2 ms -1
Also new in October 2023: the ability to calibrate reference lasers via a rotating disk.
Our facilities allow the calibration of anemometers of the following types:
- Mechanical, finned, cupped or propeller
- PITOT tube type “L” or “S” pressure probe (4 m maximum)
- Ultrasonic anemometers
- Thermal, hot wire or film
- as well as air velocity measurement reference lasers.
Possibility of calibration and measurement from 0.06 to 40 ms -1 (Les Ulis) or from 0.05 to 50 ms -1 (Pernes-Les-Fontaines)
Accreditations in anemometry:
No. 2-1808 (0.06 to 40 ms -1 ) on Les Ulis
No. 2-6083 (0.05 to 50 ms-1) on Pernes-Les-Fontaines
