WeezCut
The WeezCut cobot combines a collaborative arm and a programming controller. With flexible implementation, it can cut various shapes on small or large parts. It is compatible with all cutting processes (plasma, oxycutting, etc.).
The trajectory catalog includes in particular linear cuts, circular cuts and saddles with evolving chamfer for tube-to-tube tapping.
Collaborative robot arm
WeezCut integrates a collaborative robotic arm designed to interact seamlessly with cutting operators. Thanks to its intuitive control, no specific training is required, guaranteeing safe assisted cutting. We chose the Fanuc CRX for its reputation for robustness and quality, and the WeezCut is fully compatible with the entire CRX range.
Vision system
Our compact camera provides operators with real-time visualization of the cutting process, allowing precise trajectory adjustments if necessary, while ensuring optimum user comfort. The image processing system guarantees a clear view before, during and after cutting. Videos can be recorded for traceability or training purposes.
Mobile support
WeezCut is mounted on a mobile support, lightweight and easy to move, allowing rapid implementation in your workshops. This flexible support allows use without safety barriers, certifying assisted cutting in complete mobility. We also offer customization options to adapt the support to your specific environment, whether it is a fixed, wall or ceiling installation.
