Opperet
Description
The OPPERET method (OPtimisation of Calibration Periods) is a method to help choose the frequency of calibration and verification of measuring equipment , based on taking into account the factors influencing the quality of the measurements carried out.
Today, 97 to 98% of the instruments checked are directly put back into service.
The application of this method makes it possible to simply arrive at a realistic periodicity , based on usage, and generally longer than that applied previously.
- You can reduce your internal and external metrology costs (up to 30% savings on the calibration budget according to CFM)
- You get greater availability of measuring instruments
- You benefit from an assistant with a dedicated interface which offers you intuitive ergonomics for easy application of the method
Technical details
- Simple definition of the scope of instruments to be studied: mass import, several studies in parallel, instruments already optimized, etc.
- Setting the rating criteria and their weighting in terms of risks (method and customizable criteria)
- Rating of instruments for each criterion (massive rating over a possible perimeter)
- Charts to analyze the distribution of instruments based on criteria and scores
- Generation of results with analysis of rating criteria and current periodicities and “real” periodicities
- Reporting of optimized periodicity in the life sheet with traceability and updating of the next possible verification date
- Calculations of averages and standard deviations by criterion on the perimeter and edition of the study report by instrument (customizable)
