Three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner for combustible dust DGVL75ACD
Pharaon presents the DGVL75ACD industrial vacuum cleaner. It is ideal for vacuuming combustible dust and waste in non-ATEX classified areas but where the presence of combustible or toxic dust in small quantities remains a concern.
It is therefore suitable for use in the wood, construction, food and aeronautics industries.
The DGVL75ACD features a 7.5 kW three-phase side channel turbine. This is maintenance-free and quiet, allowing for continuous 24/7 operation. Its powerful motor provides a vacuum of 4,500 mmH²O and an airflow of 750 m3/h.
It is equipped with a complete filtration system, with a primary filter with antistatic polyester bags of class M1µ. This has a filtering surface of 70,000 cm².
It is equipped with a second absolute HEPA H14 filter, ensuring a filtering surface area of 52,000 cm². This guarantees an efficiency of 99.995% on particles down to 0.18µ.
Its semi-automatic unclogging system, using a pneumatic cylinder, allows the filters to be cleaned in depth, thus ensuring the lifespan of the filter media and long-term suction performance.
It has a 160-litre collection tank. This is removable and mounted on casters to make emptying easier for operators.
The DGVL75ACD is robust thanks to its epoxy-coated steel structure. It is also mobile thanks to its multi-directional industrial-grade wheels and forklift sockets, making it easy to move around your site.
