Three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner for combustible dust DGVL185ACD
The DGVL185ACD is an industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the extraction of combustible dust. It meets the ACD standard, which aims to increase safety in non-ATEX classified areas where the presence of combustible or toxic dust in small quantities remains a concern.
This vacuum cleaner can therefore be used in many sectors such as the food industry, aeronautics, wood, or even building and construction.
Its three-phase side channel turbine provides a power of 18.5 kW, allowing continuous use. It thus develops a depression of 4,000 mmH²O and an air flow of 1,350 m3/h.
This vacuum cleaner has double filtration:
An antistatic polyester bag filter of class M1µ
And an absolute HEPA H14 filter, ensuring 99.995% efficiency on particles down to 0.18µ.
These two filters provide a respective filtering surface area of 70,000 cm² and 103,500 cm².
To ensure consistent suction performance and preserve the life of the filters, this vacuum cleaner is equipped with a semi-automatic unclogging system, using a pneumatic cylinder.
The DGVL185ACD allows for quick and easy emptying for operators thanks to its large, removable, castor-mounted collection tank. This has a collection capacity of 160 liters.
Its forklift sockets and large, industrial-grade multidirectional wheels make it a mobile and maneuverable vacuum cleaner. It is also robust thanks to its epoxy-coated steel structure.
